Week Three

Puppies are almost five pounds now. Their eyes are open and they are starting to wobble around and growl and bark. They've had their first deworming shot already and they're both quite healthy. Kijah is content to wander about the house until they need feeding, but she's still an attentive mother and comes back frequently to check on them. She's not so protective of her puppies and she doesn't mind people holding them for longer periods of time, as long as she knows where the puppies are and has been introduced to the people.

Cream colored puppy has a family already, and her name will likely be "Willow". :)
